    I actually quite like the look, kind of old school muscle car.

    With Russia being so well known for quality workmanship, I'm sure the construction quality will be significantly better than Tesla...

    They can make any claims they like about range and battery capacity, no one expects an electric car to actually meet them.

    not keen on the looks myself. I think the OP had it kind of right. More like a P1100 Trabant / Skoda 105.

    And wtf is that robot thing at the bottom of the bbc article? It looks like the ED-209 out of robocop... Comrade, you have 10 seconds to comply...
