my gf blocked her sim, and it now requires a PUK code.

So off i trot to the o2 webby, and i finally found the o2 puk request page. and it says after ive entered phone number "sorry we did not recognise the number. because a) the phone is not on o2, or b) you entered the wrong amount of digits."

i can actually count to 11 and i also am pretty sure the cards saying "O2 ETOP UP BLAHBLAH" means im on o2....

Help me please? :E

if u cant im off up town tomorrow to the o2 shop anyway.

Ring the customer line, they have an automated service for PUK's you don't need an operator.

There are 2 different parts of O2 , O2 online and other O2, O2 online used to be genie. I phonw O2 online trying to get a PUK code for a standard O2 sim and they didn't reconise it but gave me the other O2 number. Maybe thats the problem ?
