    I don't do breakfast or lunch, generally. Sometimes at the weekend, but rarely.

    However, I can recommend some nice lunching places near Camden...

    Sometimes I'll have a fairly big meal, but other times I just can't be bothered. I must be piling on the calories nonetheless, though. My waistline says so!!

    Overnight muesli for brekky with fruit & yoghurt, and a ham/cheese sarnie for lunch, but tea - thats a different deal entirely, slow cooked jerk pork, pork shoulder, overnight marinated in jerk spices and olive oil, cooked for 2 hrs at 140C.
