    7/7 Launch Info

Does anyone know of any instore stockists for the Zen 2 launch, Preferably those with an event? Feel free to list those not in the northwest as well, I'll enjoy a 200-mile cycle

I've not heard anything. I am assuming I will just read the reviews on the day and hit buy on Amazon Prime for which one I feel I can justify the price of. Might be nice if they can deliver same day.

Why so eager? My PC is in need of an upgrade but isn't it best to sit back, wait and make sure there aren't any burning issues, large price drops or indeed an Intel response / price war?

In my case I could really do with the upgrade a few months ago. Indeed I actually did that, but because my 2600X turned out faulty I ended up on a quad core. So "wait and see" involves buying a 2600X, making a punt on a 3600X seem better.

Yea, I've had my 1200 since release. I intend to get the 3600 at release to get the most use out of it before I get whatever sits at the second release for AM5 (a good way away). ^^ If i wanted to get money off I would have got the 2600 a month ago from curries ebay when they were £100.

    Re: 7/7 Launch Info

Hotukdeals had a discussion open listing details about Amazon stocking and would likely do Same/Next day delivery if ordered early in the morning. Beyond that, I haven't heard of any brick and mortar companies outside of the UK doing a midnight release. r/AMD on reddit has been leaking bits and pieces of information about stock, but nothing major.
