I don't know if this is the greatest forum to talk about a controversial topic such as this but lets face it most of got int pc hardware from are love for games/gaming. If you are unaware The night in the woods dev had allegations of sexual misconduct made against him by the now infamous Zoe Quinn via twitter. If you are not up to speed who she is there are a ton of articles by the guardian and games journalists you can look up.

The result of the allegations is that he lost his job as a dev and basically his career. Now this person was know to suffer from depression this may have pushed him over to the edge to commit suicide. The game devs that fired him have deleted their twitter Zoe Quinn has deleted her public twitter. The sister of the deceased game dev came out and defended him on twitter has since how to lock her account. Whether the allegations are true or not this is an awful mess.

Every loss of life is a sadness. Attributing the reason from our armchairs likely to cause more upset to his loved ones who have asked specifically that we don't use it for any kind of blame.
