The drivers are on strike AGAIN, of course they stick the poster informing you of strikes around the corner from the ticket office behind some furniture.

They are striking today, easter sunday and the 3rd of april.

Why does this annoy me? because now I am stuck in Solihull with a throat and sinus infection.

If your looking to get home your best bet is probably the number 37 bus, which goes straight to town in probably about 20-25 minutes today, then whatever bus back from there home, not sure where you live but its somewhere on the other side of Brum? Im sure a bus from the city center will be able to get you home, or at least half way....you can get the 57/A bus too, but it takes a slightly longer route

Well, if you're not entitled to strike, then by definition you're forced to work. This is a free country (recent house arrest policies notwithstanding).

Striking is like bad MMMKAY. If you want to go on Strike because of huge redunancies because the company is moving stuff out of the country thats fine with me. But Striking for more pay is not okay imo. An independant body should review the pay for the job and only if it is justified should they be allowed to strike.

Public sector workers should not be allowed to strike, its disruptive, gives them a bad press and quite frankly makes everyone mad.

But then thats just my opinion.
