UNI Books...

This was definately the case for the maths text i bought, the head lecturer bought it. As for the others, they are just written by lecturers all round the country and some were US writers.

The advantage of doing computer science was that nearly everything i needed could be found on the interenet so i didn't need any books.

In the first year i bought one book and then never used, was much the same in the second year as well. Final year was a different matter though

I have a good m8 of mine doing Computing at Trent, he has bought one book so far - and thats all he needs
