It won't remove it from OpenAI's servers, you'd need to contact them directly but I've not heard how that works, I'm sure other's have tried it though.
Yes. But for now there doesn't appear to be much you can do to remove yourself in any way from their data. Hexus at least is publicly available data so they scraped it, not that I agree.
