Talking User reviews on reseller sites...

Every so often, you read a review from someone who's bought a piece of kit and you think to yourself "this person obviously received a cross-species brain donation from a chicken". I present exhibit A, from someone yclept "Dale", concerning how his new SATA controller caused his PC to explode....

    Dabs link

    The top review.

Well, I'll let you know, because I plan to buy one, stick it in my currently on-its-last-legs dually Athlon, Ghost my install and then have fun doing repair installs and suchlike on the new board. This is going to be FUN...dual MP2800s on a 760MP board to dual Optys on a 8111 dually Opty board. PATA to SATA. Reinstall? Naaaaaaaaaaaaaaaahhhhhh....

edit: Tumble, you're not fooling me; I happen to know you went to school with Chaucer...
