ATM card skimming machine?

I like to get my card before my cash comes flying out thanks !!

Yeah...you always will...you dont get your cash until you have taken your card, because people would leave their cards in the machine (like the tards the general public are...).

Some bank systems allow you to change your PIN through an ATM, some don't - and if, for example, you have a Barclays card and use it to take cash out of a Natwest ATM then I would never expect the option to appear to change your PIN (but it may for Natwest customers).

Well, I am always offered this option with my NatWest card in a Barclays machine...

God i hate you guys :/ I had a horrible dream where i went into a bank to use their inside machines and they all had different contraptions on all the machines, and there were loads of dodgy characters hanging about trying to see what my pin was, it was horrible!

That page tells you there are 3 tracks per card, which all store centain data, the next page says "The PIN is not on the card" at the top of the 5th paragraph.
