    I get it too.

God its just the most annoying thing.

The worst is the itchy eyes, but I find, when they do start, dont scratch (obviously), and let your eyes water, mine water automatically, and then after a bit it stops the itching.

Might just be for me, but its worth trying.

I used to get it so bad I just couldn;t see as my eyes were nearly shut from being puffed up and my nose was constantly streaming and had massive headaches aswell from all of the sneezing. I watched as the tree polen season kicked in, noticed quite a few sufferers, but I do not (touck wood) seen to suffer from tree pollen allergy. I know its the grass pollen though as last week or earlier this week I started nticing it. Took my tablets and apart from an ever so slightly blocked nose (its only more restrictive than normal, not blocked really) I have no symptoms.
The tablets are nothing but sugar and I think flour. I am of course talking about homeopathy. The same solution worked last year when I remembered, and the year before. The sceptics may claim the placebo effect, but quite frankly I dont give a fcuk how it stops the symptoms, it works. I also think panorama is a crock of **** as they decided it was b0llocks purely bacause they couldn't reproduice the results of an experiment that suggested there is a lot more than the placebno effect occuring.

Mine started two days ago I've had some belting sneezing fits, the nose, eyes, the lot. The worst for me is feeling absolutely b0ll0xed, makes the biking to work twice as hard.

(we need a special stuffy nose smiley)

Apparently the gaming forum isn't blood red enough and hes wants a colour sample.

Get down to B&Q and pick up some colour swatches, forum member blood is nasty
