I use Internet Explorer 6 of course, so the bank's site's system requirements don't bother me!

Each bank is the same.....try to SHAFT them, and you'll lose.

Behave, and they'll love ya. If they STILL dont love you, move. But its unusual.

Legally I can't say too much, my parents used to bank with Natwest, however not any more as a sum was being withdrawn from their joint account on a random basis which was traced to within the bank itself - they are still undergoing an internal investigation.

Everyone has their own experiences, imo, if you bank does what you need it to, stick to it. If its too much trouble, then change banks.

Those of you who have NatWest accounts, how long did you have to wait for your card after going into the bank and opening the account?
