I dont get why people leave their phones switched on over night tbh.
Im asleep. If you need to contact me it'll have to wait until Im awake, or you you can ring our house phone (I sleep at home...suprisingly enough).

It's my alarm clock, i don't trust it if I turn it off.

plus, i sort of hope that people won't text me int he small hours, but obviously that doesn't work.

cos if it's an emergancy then they can get in touch. I always leave mine on, if people send me stupid txts at ungodly hours then they'll get a snotty one back, or ignored, either or. If they call me and they're drunk or it's not an emergency, i hang up on them.

It is NOT cruel to ignore people when they text you at 3am.

It was a very ncie gesture, but would have been more appreciated at 7.30am

I really hate mobile phones, I mean how did people without them? On the bus do people really need to phone someone up and say, I'm on the bus it will be there at 5:30, the same as it is every night etc etc, ranttttttttttt!

Mobiles should always be on, and be on LOUD, unless you need to put them on vibrate. Mobiles were designed so anyone can get in touch with you at anytime. If you're not going to use it as a pager (texting) then buy a bloody pager.
