    It also spreads via mms, & bluetooth only has range of 10m. The actual number of infected phones is totally insignificant at present as well.

    So as long as you only turn bluetooth on when needed & dont automatically make the device discoverable & don't accept .sis files your chances of catching it are somewhere between zero & nil.

    Honestly guys, the cynic in me says that av firms & trying to talk up the threat in order to sell av software.

    Class 1 Bluetooth have a range of upto 100M in good conditions.

    Yep Dougal thats true, sorry I thought we were only referring to mobile phones, which iirc don't have enough power to give anything like a 100m range.
