I was gonna go back swimming this week, but it hasn't happened yet
well i have the same prob, when i lose more wait my face just drops and looks really bad i have seen the pics! i was so over weight for years and now i'm fine everywhere apart from the belly! it's just years of fat there! i hope the swimming and ruinning will shift it. i no toning up won't help at this point
I have the opposite problem; flat stomach, fat face. Unfortunately as everyone has said you can't chose where to lose weight from so if you want to lose the belly you'll probably have to put up with looking a bit gaunt.
