    Anyone else shopped with..

I bought a 19inch flat screen yesterday from EBUYEr and paid the extra 16 quid to get it too come today (saturday), the time now is 4-20pm and still nothing. Whats annoying is that there is no number to call them with as its a monday-friday number.
How late do these people deliver, and is there stil a chance of it coming today?

    Anyone had any experience?

Well, yes, of course others have bought from eBuyer. Its probably the best known online PC component store.

eBuyer haven't got the best reputation for service, but their delivery isn't normally too bad. Chance it could come before 5 \ 5:30 I suppose.

Not sure where you stand if you pay for Next Day and it doesn't arrive. I'm sure someone else has had this happen to them, and can advise on what they did next.

    Next Day doesn't mean Saturday.

If you specified "Saturday Delivery" and it doesn't arrive send an enote or telephone them and they have to refund your delivery.

If you paid 16 quid extra for the service, and the service wasn't given, then you shouldnt be charged, give them a ring and they should give you a refund (Well hopefully :\ )

Ebuyer is usually very good value but I would never use their next day or pay extra for carriage because alot of people have found that the package doesn't arrive on time. Fine for normal delivery though.

I use eBuyer from time to time. Service is normally good except the delivery & their reported stock levells. More than once i've ordered something that was supposed to be in stock & it wasnt. Even a week later it's not unusual to find that item still showing as in stock. As for delivery I always use their cheapest rate. No supprises then.

Its possible they will deliver it next saturday, because chances are the couriers won't work as normal friday night / saturday morning, and so it wouldn't be possible to get it to you overnight...

Citylink do work full fridays. And half saturdays, hence why its more expensive by £15 for saturday delivery.

As long as it stated todays date on the delivery form ebuyer have to refund ur money.

You ordered yesterday. At what time? Because your specified Saturday delivery, and not Next Day delivery, then you can't expect the package to appear next day!

If you complained and I was the boss of eBuyer then I wouldn't give you a refund.

Ebuyer usually dont dispatch anything within a few days. look at your invoice, does it say today or next saturdays date?

Ebuyer have a legal obligation to deliver by the date stated on their system.

They do state that security checks may take upto 72 hours.

However, since the order was placed an electronic contract was made between Merlin4458 and Ebuyer.

Ebuyer have failed their end, they have to refund the excess.
