Velvet revolver are a band in their own right, not some remerched flat packed by record companies cash cow. The album is good, but unless you really get into them there are only two tracks that'll stand out - Slither and Fall To Pieces. Scott weiland, yeah he's over the top but you know what i'd rather him be like that than just stand there singing for an hour looking at the ceiling.
As for doll's, Angus Young had one, Metallica some, hendrix, Ozzy and Motley Crue, So slash having one ain't a huge suprise to me tbh.
