I'd disagree here - I think you should ask about training and career development, it shows you're interested in the long-term.

I agree with asking about career development and chance to move through the company - however i think asking if you are going to be sent on exchange 2003 training or something, before you even have the job - is taking the piss abit.

Ive sat in and taken part in a number of interviews where the head interviewer more or less called a stop as soon as the person started talking about what courses they want to do.

"No, I believe you covered all my queries already"

dont stare them out though, be subtle with it. If being interviewed by 2 people dont pay all your attention to just one of them.

Just got back Got there early (shortest 14 miles ever :| )

Went well I think. I managed to answer most of the questions (mainly technical questions with a couple of "what would you do when..." questions) with confidence.

Hope I get invited back for the second interviews!
