I need to collect data on a population sample for my dissertation. I would like to do this using an online questionnaire service, but I am not sure which one offers the most flexibility while remaining free. Does anyone have any experience with those?
The PHP questionnaire looks sweet. But at $199 for something I would use for like 3 weeks max, its kinda costly. If they like a monthly version for like $20 I would definitely consider it. Plus, I would need my own webserver.
Anything thats hosted and.. preferably much cheaper/free?
