My dad says the EXACT thing. They probably want the customer feedback thing to seem more 'real' by having no hawt people, since everyone knows hot women are a rarity here.

Those adverts are loathsome - especially when they show them on kids TV for god's sake.

It reminds me of yes car credit too. Did anyone see the documentary thing the BBC did? (with the secret filming). Yes car credit were selling un-road-worthy cars, they weren't doing the checks properly, people weren't getting there cash back thing after a week if they didn't like the car (you aparently get a weeks testing), alsorts.
