    Just been made manager..

    And i am extreamly chuffed I have been in the company i am in for only 9 months and as i really wanted this job i am in now, i just got my head down and worked hard and made sure i really stood out from the crowd which is hard in a company with over 400 staff. So it does show that hard work gets you places, i am only 21 and already a manager so hopefully this will set my path in life.

    Just thought i would share with you all as i am very excited as you can tell.

    How many minions tho?. I hope its a decent pay rise etc too.

    My GF is a manager with 13 minions of a retail store and doesn't get paid half what i get paid. But even after all that glad you got the job you want. Good luck with it

    I work for a very large web design company and i will be moving offices so get my own room etc. I will only be in charge of 5 at the minute but we are looking for new staff everyday. So will be a lot more soon. In terms of wage it should be around an 5000 rise PA which aint bad seen as i was on a good wage as it was
