Hotels near NEC...

Lo all,

I'm going to a concert within the next 10 or so days, and there isnt ANY mode of transport to take me back to Nott'm.

So it looks like I'm gonna have to get a hotel and stay over and come back the next day.

What are your reccommendations?

How far away is the NEC from the city centre / train station?

Cheers for any feedback.

Help me get out of this whole!!

theres a train station at the airport (bham international) which isnt far and will take you wherever

in the NEC theres the metropole and the hilton, im sure there more but i dont really know these sort of things, but there pretty big and im sure theyll have vancances if you need them

I'm goin with my g/friend to see Christina Aguilera.

I know the NEC has it's own train station atc, but I dont think theres any trains back to Nottingham.

Not according to the sites I've been on.

The latest is 10:02pm... way to early!

NEC -> Taxi -> new street -> train -> home

also check for snow hill - bit i dont think it will go from there.

maybe a train from birmingham internation to new street? 10 minutes, then onto nottingham

Depends on what time he leaves though - local services only run untill about 11ish
