What happens when PayPal payments bounce?

If a chargeback takes place from the Credit Card firm will PayPal merely pass it onto the seller at their own disgression?

if, i was to buy sumthing off you for 100 quid, and they found the patment out to be fraudulent, they would take the money off you. msg bobby sixkiller as he had a massive problem with a bounced cheuqe.

i f i use paypal i usually empty it asap after recieving payment
