hehe - get used to it. When I was a student there I was always prepared mentally for the October to April season - horizontal rain and lots of wind all the time. April comes round and you sometimes get lovely hotspots with the rest of the year being suprisingly pleasant til October comes around.

I was SOAKED to the bone this morning. All my hair was dripping and it felt so refreshing for a change.

oh yes forgot to mention Goretex - I think it's made in Shcotland. Absolute essential (or equivalent) as is a nice snuggly fleece.

I have no idea what the weather is like there, but the last time I was totally soaked (probably in May), I opened my door and stripped to my tighty whiteys. My flatmates weren't too happy about it, but I was fine

Got soaked the other day whilst leaving the house, decided to go back and get a brolly but didn't need it all day.

Unlike today - pouring down every hour or so....
    Woohoo now Assistant Manager!
