Office Share

Bit of an obscure post. My company is slowly expanding; we are about to move into our own office in the Old Street area of London. We are looking add in a few extra desks to rent out. The cost is £250pcm per desk. It's just been refurbished, has nice exposed brickwork, brand new furniture, phone system, 8MB broadband yada yada yada.

I apologise for thread hijacking but I'd expect people to PM you, and it's slightly on topic but are there sort of office buildings where small startups can rent a room with a couple of deks and a phone line??? i.e. a very basic large one room jobby?
