Apparently, he was found dead in his hotel room this morning. This is a huge loss to the wrestling world.

I do know everything, just not all at once. It's a virtual memory problem.
Oh snap, I used to watch him in WCW (many moons ago). He was a junkie though wasn't he?
not for the past 4 years. He had given up drugs and alcohol.

I stopped watching wwe(wwf) a few years ago, but i always enjoyed watching him fight. rip.
Shame really. He always gave good entertainment. RIP.
Not around too often!
lol i dont really follow wrestling because its staged and borring etc etc...
but i have a feeling it could be a setup just like the undertakers death was, or so i believe
Really bad if he has actually died as from what i saw of him he was quite entertaining.
This is no setup as they wouldn't joke about something like this. He was found by his nephew in his hotel room. When they've previously said the undertaker had "died", that was blatently part of a storyline, this is so out of the blue, it would never be part of a storyline.Originally Posted by Ramedge

I really hope vince does the right thing and in the likely event of a new tribute DVD being released, the proceeds go to Guerrero's family.
He was a great performer, a real treat for those of us lucky enough to have seen him - he had a passion for wrestling and entertaining the fans and I hope he is not soon forgotten
In recent years a lot of legendary wrestlers have unfortunately died around Eddie's age (38 years old) .
I really hope this shows people who don't know much about wrestling that wrestlers really put their bodies on the line day in and day out for the fans.
Edit: Could people refrain from making inappropiate comments about wrestling especially concerning Eddie's death as you're tarnishing his memory since it was his livelihood.
Much respect to Eddie and his family. Was a legend in the business, I for one will continue to watch wrestling and miss him.
Too many wresters have died recently.

RIP. If anyone hasn't seen it, I recommend you watch last Friday's Smackdown for a classic Eddie match. Proper shame, I hadn't watched WWE from 2000 until two weeks ago and the guy had come on leaps and bounds since then.
Christ, no more bouncing cars round the ring
