they won't match the o2 online tariff's, i checked bit of a shameOriginally posted by Big RICHARD
Why not use orange value promise?
they'll copy any of the other networks' (most popular?) plans.

Well, they have had the independent best provider award every year it has been run. best coverage. they copy the other companies' plans, errrrrrm, how can you be with anyone else?
they dont copy any plan, they copy the one's they choose to. I can be with some one else as the prices for my orange PAYG have gone up by 125% which to me, is not acceptable. There 'help' staff are also useless and 90% of them have no idea what they are talking about

They copy the most popular ones, which are most likely the most useful ones. 125%? How do you calculate this? The help staff are the best of all the networks! And they don't break the data protection act!
They copy the ones which will be advantageous and financially stable to them, which is fair enough, they won't copy the o2 online tariff for instance becuase they cannot match the amount of free txt's and free minutes provided.Originally posted by Big RICHARD

my messages went from 5p to 12p which is near as damn it 125%
i was also a big fan of orange and promoted them to all my friends until they did this.
Right - i have a contract with O2 atm, like 3 years old now.... But, i want to change to a new contract so i get a new phone etc... but i want to take my number with me.
Would this be possible on O2?

Should be. I can change my talk plan and everything else on my contract whenever I want (on Orange) you should be able to do that on any provider...... Contact their (data protection act breaking) customer services.Originally posted by Bunjiweb
