Clocks Go Back

Just thought I would remind everyone in case someone forgets! I know i have before
If you are in the UK, today, Sunday, the clocks went back 1 hour at 2 am (Which is now 1am )

But i know none of you will forgot because your Computer clocks just went back an hour !! and you didnt switch it back thinking it was wrong as I have never done before ......

I got up at 6.30 which was actually 5.30....dooh

I woke up at 9 i thought and it was 8

I woke, and got up at 8, but it was actually 7. Bah. And I didn't go back to bed, so had to find something to do for a while :|

Yeah i couldnt be bother to go to bed, i have to go back to bed at 10pm tonight to get up at 5 so thought it will help me get to sleep gettin up earlier today anyway.

Not lying in bed looking at the ceiling for an hour and a half trying to get to sleep..

he he. I woke up just when I needed to, to go out rowing...though theres always one who makes that school boy error and gets down to the club an hour early...!!! hehe!

IM still jet lagged(or clocks go back lagged) 5 hours sleep , now got up after just 6 hours.

Do you put the clocks back the night before or the day after? I stick them back the day after, but if they go forward I stick them forward the night before. Makes a bit more sense to me!

I always do it the day after regardless.
