Shouldn't be hard? What is the original file format??? Speak to Chicken (how ironic) on this matter, he will probably be able to point you in the right direction (and if he doesn't I'll slap him).

I'm assuming you're not the person who made it, otherwise you could just re-texture the egg and render it again... I could probably do it fairly quickly frame-by-frame but it'll have to be when I get home, I don't have the right software here.

Edit: ah, didn't see that last post, I opened this thread ages ago and just read it now... I'll let DeludedGuy do it

You are a deluded guy! You are in fact a woman! I think you should get the picture anyway and we can try and put Jeremy Beadles face on it!

    eh? you called?

take about 20-30mins prob, youd have to split the .gif into the individual files then colour the egg gold in each - i guess

That is what I meant, his face on the egg. Although a certain David from Baywatch would be amusing as the chicken's face.

the only problem i see is the egg being the same colour as the background in places.

it might be faster if anyone's quick at 3D stuff to re-render the egg bit and just chop and merge the frames of the two sequences to put it in. (i.e. run a re-made egg under a cut-out animation of the chicken).

I thought the fact the egg blends in (npi) so much could make it hard to do a decent job too.

Thats exactly what I was going to do, I was thinking of using a large egg, i mean a really large egg, bigger than the chicken

    Yes! Do it!

I think I might involve Jeremy Beadle in one later as 99Flake suggested...
