just pressed Crt+F5 very nice i was just trying to figure out if it was like it before cant handle this thing called old age.

For the person that asked, F5 refreshes the page but will use the local browser cache, CTRL-F5 will ignore the local browser cache and download content such as images, javascript and style sheets from the server. So if we change something on the server it can sometimes take a CTRL-F5 to override the static elements your browser downloaded the last time to ensure you get the latest versions.
