just for a talk, and he was saying how much of a crap day he was having there, and he told me about some of the customers having a go at him this day and he told me about 1 of the guys that came in with a DELL laptop, INSISTING he bought it from pc world and he wanted his money back...

I don't think PC world know whether they are coming or going! Jon ordered FIFA 2006 off them for our eldest for Christmas, when it arrived we noticed it had been skewered by something, there's hole going through the jiffy bag and into the back of he game, Jon emailed them to ask for an exchange, they sent him an email back saying that if he took it to the store they would exchange it for a new copy, next day we had another copy delivered we now have two copies and not quite sure what to do with the original
