Lol, cool, where did you read this? I cannot see anything specific about in on Sky Sports or anywhere, but after looking at those on at the end and those who took penalties it appears “Efstathios Tavlaridis” should have taken it instead. Oh dear.

I do admit though it is a bit of an obscure rule and i'd never heard of it before the match.
