    Question Need Help Regarding DHL

    Hey guys

    i ordered 2 gb of mushkin xtreme redlines from pc-memory.co.uk. I was told today by dhl that these had been delivered to me yesterday and were put through my postbox.

    I can confirm as i was here all day that these were not delivered to me and as such i never signed for them.

    Now i need help to know what i must do next. I obviously never recieved them and i dont know who did either. these were nearly £300 and im very pissed of at the min. Giving alot of abuse over the fone to different ppl.

    Any help is needed!

    first of all contact pc-memory.co.uk and explain the situation and try not to give abuse to people as it isent going to help the situation, even though it must be frustrating

    Hi mate

    Sorry to hear your own xmas pressie trauma!

    As a seasoned complainer and serial component buyer i suggest you do the following

    1 - Quickly check with your neighbours if you can - make sure your babies are not sitting next door!
    2 - Phone DHL and ask for the name of the person who signed for it. If nobody was in they should not have posted it - they should have carded it. If they have no signature then tell them strongly that they have no proof of delivery.
    3 - If this yields nothing, phone pc-memory-upgrade and ask them if they have a signature only policy with DHL. They *should* be able to view your sig from their side through their DHL web portal. If not ask them to deal with it. Do not accept "claim it on the insurance". If you have to insist on a refund.
    4 - If you are just sick of it, and you paid by credit card, phone your credit card company - they should refund you. If not, give your local trading standards a call and tell them the story. In some cases they will actually take up the hassle for you and deal with it.

    Ahem and yes be polite, but firm. I have used this supplier before and found no problems. DHL on the other hand can't be bothered with us, because we are not their customers!

    Hey all thanx for your replys. I rang up pc memory and basically told them to sort it. they emailed me saying it had been delivered to the wrong hosue and lucky for me the person brought them up tonite

    Woo lol

    Now for the overclocking.
