1 unit = 1/2 pint, glass of wine and short, I believe

Well for me in 6 1/2 hrs time it will be the start of the weekend and i am concerned that i am drinking to much :-( will update this with how much I have drunk over this weekend.

Doesn't help much that Norwich Beer Festivals on and thats were I'm going to start my drinking...
