I've kinda been lumbered with all this old PC (well Mac) equipment to sell for my dad's mate:
An old 233MHz Powermac G3, modem, Wacom tablet, and what looks like a SCSI 8X CDWriter. He wants all this sold... Thing is I really can't be doing with all the hassle of putting it on eBay, and either lugging it to the post office with the ridiculous price it'll cost, or arranging for a buyer to collect it ... Do you think it's worth doing? How much would the lot sell for? The Mac just comes with keyboard and mouse, no monitor.
The other, more interesting package consists of:
Toshiba Libretto 166MHz laptop (Tiny little bugger, I love it, but don't wanna buy it, lol)
Portable Canon BJ-30 printer
"Backpack Bantam" external CDROM drive (Parallel port ugh)
PCMCIA 56K Modem
PCMCIA Floppy Drive
Microsoft Works and a couple of other bits of software
That's a more itneresting package, as the little laptop is cool.
So how much would both those packages cost to post in the UK? Is it worth doing?
