January - the longest month of the year!

Does anyone else feel that January is an almost unbearably long month? We have the post-Xmas and New Year festivities to wind down from. We have a weeks worth of New Year resolutions to break. We have to go back to work.

In amongst all that i've had two weeks off as holiday. And it's not even pay day yet!!! Roll on February...

I Hate January i have to pay the dam tax bill,and nobody want's any wood or carpet laid you lot are to skint from Christmas.

I've no real reason to dislike January but I guess I was thinking it was going by pretty slow now that you mention it.

Jan is a bad month really for people who get monthly pay.

Get paid twice in December i.e 1st and the 16th and then we all have to wait nearly 6 weeks until we all get paid again.

But yes, Jan is meant to be the most depressing month. Which as it's when I have to increment my age I can agree with Part of it is probably that christmas doesn't come at the end of december, but just before, so the end of december seems to roll into janurary.

I hate:

November, December, January, February, March. Those are the months I am sure to have snow. Sometimes we get snow in April. If that happens, I hate April too.

yeah jan is rubbish, 6 week month as far as pay goes, thankfully i get payed again on thursday night.
