What have you been up to this weekend?

Well? I have been to the cinema, out for a haloween party and some other stuff!

Had mates over on saturday night, decided to get drunk and have a play fight. Ended up with 3 guys on me (actually sitting on me 2 keep me on the floor) ALso got whipped with the metal end of a curtain tie

Went to blackpool thursday, went on Big one etc, was fun

not a hell of alot on saturday, went clothes shopping on sunday (cos i need more clothes! DUH!)

mainly revolved around Girlfriend, Rugby watching, and installing Mandrake 9.0.

Trying to mod my vapo, went to swimming practice...nothing much...

brought a sofa, stuck it in the back of my car (half in half out), drove it home, got it up 2 flights of stairs, went to the pub then a houseparty then a girls house - got in about 6ish. got up at 9, packed me car up, drove to southampton to a specialist volvo breakers, got a new radiator, parcel shelf, driveshaft. drove home (near to reading), brought some tools from halfords, got the car up off the ground (using 2 jacks and 2 axelstands), spent 4 hours fitting new driveshaft, had car nearly fall on me (one jack slipped. thats why it says 'dont crawl under car when supported on jacks..), finished job about 9pm (in the dark, under the car outside, lit with desklights). cleared up and went to bed about 11. got up at 9 on sunday, tuned the carb and sorted the choke, tried to sort the car alarm (hasnt worked since before i owned the car) but the only way of turning it off appears to be ripping a fuse out. tried turning it off by starting the car, that didnt work so stuck my hand in to get the fuse out and ripped some skin off on a fast spinning flywheel (oops), left car alarm unattatched, went out on a bike ride with my mates, got back about 6ish (in the dark), fettled with the bike that got hit by a car, didnt manage to fix it, had dinner, drove to poole (beasted it down there cos i was late - 90mph+ mosta the way, cept when it was raining so hard my wipers couldnt shift the rain fast enough). got to poole, brought a surfboard, drove to portsmouth, met up with an ex-girlfriend for an hour or 2 , drove back to brighton. got in at 2, left my stuff in the car, woke up at 7 thismorning and unpacked, then came to work.

Errr... can't remember to be honest - it was THAT GOOD!

Stayed awake for three days towards the end of last week, probably spent most of Saturday evening sleeping on the couch.. helped the missus cooking Sunday roast and leak tested my servers watercooling, and tested out a halfords radiator conditioner on another watercooling system. Good stuff, by the way... doesn't really smell as bad as Water Wetter, lubricates quite well, and it seems to be treating the Tygon pretty well

Oh and with the help of Saracen, I sorted a laptop out for the other half.

Smoked a few cigarettes too! How exciting

Saturday - Santa Pod Flame and Thunder show. Totally packed (parking all the way down to the gates!!) Totally awesome racing - Jet Cars side by side have to be seen at night , sold some engine bits so have cash again !!
Managed to fall down the banking while carrying my lad, twisted my ankle, covered in mud - bruised to hell!
Sunday - worked on the SD1 - and finished cleaning the other V8 engine up so I can sell it - bruised and battered - LONG soak in batch until prune like !

Slept, watched some anime, sat on irc watching a bunch of loonines in numerous channels

Had to work 10 pm finish all weekend. Kind of stops you doing anything at all

work 5-10 fri n sat nights, dossed sat daytime, went to party after work. sunday, played golf and won - 1st time for everything , then went out for a balti and then to the pub. not a bad weekend.

And so passes another exciting day in my life

Played CoD for about 10 hours straight , got beat 4-0 in the cup on howling sunday morning, drank some beer, bout it really.
