basically.. yes, but its not highly accurate as a postcode is a whole, or section of a whole road. obviously the lat/long of a house at one end is different to one at the other end

Google Earth shows the lat/long of the cursor, so you could find the address using the postcode and then hold the cursor over the actual house...
indeed - found lat/long in google local by accident also
