This is a contentious area.

At the moment, as I understand it, there is a high court injuction preventing publication of any details of this story. Whether that injunction covers JUST the Daily Mirror, or any UK publication I don't know, but I would guess that it applies to any UK publication.

It therefore leaves us with a concern. It would not surprise me at all to find that if these allegations don't get published in THIS country, they'll get published abroad - and there then exists the distinct risk that someone will quote that story here - effectively leaving us in breach of a High Court injunction.

This is not a risk we wish to take.

So, while we try to check this out, and until further notice, could everyone please refrain from speculation on this story.
