I need to get hold of this and amazon.co.uk/ebooks is down....

unfortunately the ebook from amazon can only be purchased by an american citizen...

could anyone do me the honors, and ill transfer the equivalent via paypal + $$ for your efforts!

And I only need the text of the essay from the ebook, not the actual book. And it's fairly urgent.

Nothing in either my universtity library or the central library (according to the online catalogues which I have previously found to be accurate)
