ebay payment

hey dudes and dudettes

i wanna flog some stuff on ebay but HOW!?

im not 18 - so dont have a card i can use to sell stuff with - so how do i do it? ive heard that you can pay the fees via cheque? how do u do this? do you need to contact ebay and set it up? or just pop a cheque to ebay in the post?

You can make a one time payment, after each sale using a card, it does not have to be your own, you could use a parents or a friends and just give them the money. You can pay by cheque and I think you can even pay your eBay accout bill with PO's. I would guess that when you get your accout bill you just send off the cheque with your account deatils and that's it.

Have you checked out PayPal? I think you might be able to enter your bank account info and get the payments sent directly there.

I've not signed-up or used it myself.

I assume you have a bank account and a cash card, preferably a debit card.

what i do now is get a mate to list it for me , and then pay him the fee but its really annoying to do, plus hes a right n00b and his net NEVER works, so he dont answer questions and ppl lose interest

whats this one time payment? do you mean just pay once at the end of the month ? instead of paying for each auction coming straight from debit card?

also, can you pay it via paypal? that would be handy

anyone pay by cheque or paypal here that can help ?

Yes you can pay your account bill with paypal. How the one time payment works is, you don't need a card registered to your account, when you get your bill each month you just fill in a online form and send the payment that way.

Have you ever sold anything through your account yet? If not then you will not yet have a bill to settle and therefor you can't yet make a payment.

nope i havnt - do i have to sell something? im worried if i do i cant make payment as i dont have a credit card.

will i be able to pay by paypal or cheque if i sell something first?

Or are you talking about a payment to Ebay for the service?

Also, do you have a debit card/your own bank account?

Go to www.paypal.com. Accounts are free and don't require a credit card.

Galant, yeah you do if you want to send money... You have to verify your card; they make two small payments from your account and you have to tell them the amounts, these get refunded.

i know, ive got one, and an ebay one, i want to sell something, but ive got no way of paying the fees they charge , can i definutly do it via paypal?

whats the one off payment u need to make? is this what you click when you pay your bill? or do you need to make a one off payment first to allow you to use it, im all confused sory
