Vanishing Man, due to some kind of military testing or some such tom foolery whenever he or for some reason I can't remember his motorbike became wet they became invisible.

    ahh.....at least SOMEONE saw it

got me for over half the program. I was in Laurghne (sp?) recently in Wales, and the locals have the ache as he has purchased two old pubs and smartened them right up, and is letting rooms, etc. He's not local, so it caused a small fuss I guess....

but for that reason I fell for this program..was convinced it might be real.

Until I saw the "miracle" skin cream "working" and then the village all deserted at the end,....

still ...spent some time on Google checking his last few years biog!!

Indeed - it should be on again shortly as BBC always repeat stuff on BBC3 about 4-5 times

Didnt see it, but didnt they do one last year with Michael Aspel (sp?) where he had been involved in affairs with pamela anderson and other, also had huge alcohol binges etc.

Or was this all true, i took it as a hoax but i could be being very insensitive....lol

    Hello
I saw it and after seeing Neil acting at being brainy I instantly knew it was a send up - never mind the ridiculous special effects.
Try and watch Neil on one of his diving "documentaries" and you will see how daft as a brush he whilst being himself.

Prediction: I think that the BBC will repeat the program on BBC1 or BBC2 on, yes you've guessed it, April 1st. And try and give it some credence by announcing that it had already been shown on BBC digital.

BBC, good effort trying to surpass the Panorama spag tree harvest April Fool, but you tried too hard and missed by a mile - go for simple, not convoluted.

    Cheers
    snedger
