I'm doing my as's in chem, biology, geography, history, critical thinking. Once again, this year has gone far too fast and after working very hard at the start i got lazy and now i only have just enough to time to rescue a few of my subjects, to any of you doing gcses, if you work in your as at the start, by god will you feel happier at the end, its not like gcses where u can kinda screw about and get decent marks. Anyways, the exam timetabler is obviously a psycho, i have 3 days of exams, consisting of 6 hours, 3 and a half hours and then 5 and a quarter hours

Good luck all of you sitting exams and just remember that it's only a game, you only need to know what they want you to regurgitate and you can get back to killing your brain with beer afterwards

LOL, sitting here halfway through the second placement of my PGCE, nearly six years after I graduated. If you think your A-levels go fast you ain't seen nothin' yet! Seriously though, I missed out on my first choice grades, but called my second choice, got in and the rest is histiory. All I would say is make sure you put the work in now but try and have something up your sleeve to stand out if you get asked for an extra interview or whatever.

    Good luck.

I made that mistake, too. >.<

I was told that my GCSE ICT was actually going to be a new GNVQ specification that would benefit me; they lied. Biggest mistake of my life; I had to spend the next two years writing coursework in Word about how I was able to use Word, or demonstrating how to use bloody VisualBasic (*hiss*) in Excel to make macros. -_-

The ONLY benefit of it was that I didn't have to do one of those ridiculous ECDL things. I think that would have pushed me over the edge; I wouldn't be doing an A-Level in Computing if I couldn't operate a computer. ¬_¬
