    this is all standard as part of the header, ill explain the easy bit first... in simple way, and probly isnt accurate either, but its right.

    content transfer encoding is how the email is sent. in the beggining, email servers, for some unknown reson, ignored the 8th bit. that only leaves 128 usable characters (ASCII). this led to problems which is why MIME (evil microsoft rubbishrubbishrubbishrubbishe - used by outlook) and U64 encoding were thought up. these allow files to be changed from 8bit into 7 bit so that they can be sent without errors.. the header is always 7bit acsii, but in the header it says what type of mesage the rest is, which is what uve pointed out.

    char set is basicly what keyboard map you use. in differnt languages the keyboards have different keys/different layouts. french keyabpords for example, i think are differnt anyway? but the extra keys they have are still in the normal ASCII charset in the extended part (8th bit) but they characters are just maped to differnt acsii values. also japanese will have differnt characters but i dont kno exactly hwo that works...
    ISO = international standards organisation
    8859-1 = english
    content type -
    text = plain text.
    HTML = like web sites.
    can have a mixture or either on there own, personaly i prefer text only cos html, in emails, is only good for diplaying adverts.

    To put it simply, it was a HTML e-mail that got slightly mangled and some of what was initially code got moved out into normal text.

    The rest is just keyword spamming. Not sure how that helps the spammer though, as it normally increases the chance of it being blocked.

    Erm... no. Not at all. It's an attempt by the spammers to avoid spam filters. Those "keywords" are there, so as to have the spam filtering software believe that it's ligitimate email. And, it's set white so you don't notice it, is all.

    Ah, so it is. I only looked at a few other words initially and they looked like things that would be blocked, but now I read them all it seems heavy in the other direction.
