Holiday blues

Well, I got back this morning from my summer hols! The wife and I went out to our house in South East Spain (Near La Manga!) had our marriage blessed, at the beautiful La Manga Resort then went to Benidorm for a few days for a giggle with a few of our mates!

Now despite it being beautiful weather outside am on a bit of a downer as the next holiday wont be for a while!

Wheres everyone else going this summer??

I'm off to Sucina for a week. It's in Murcia (SE Spain). I know what you mean about the feeling when you get back home. I was like that last year after coming home from 3 weeks in Cyprus.

I´m currently sitting in majorca - just about to go sit in the bar with a couple of mates, then off out for the evening. Its been pretty nice out here, hit 42C at one point

Spent today in the spa part of the hotel - soo nice and relaxing, though I think my next holiday will have to be a skiing / activity holiday as I´m now bored of the beach (and spanish keyboards - kinda odd )

I am heading to Bacalona for 4 days in September with the missus. Booked a really nice hotel and plan to take plenty of cash for daddy restaurants and stuff.

Loving the weather here at the moment so i intend to take a few days off work to see more of it. Got Wednesday booked this week.

I'm going on a Painting and IKEA furniture DIY holiday at the end of august.

(More commonly known as moving into my own place).

Sort of hoping to go to somewhere this year in october.... but only if funds (and furniture budgets) allow

It does feel absolutely horrible when we get back to the UK, very lonely, especially after leaving your family behind.

Me and the girlfriend have just got back from the Larmatree festival. Thursday - Sunday.

Wonderful weather with lots of lovely shade to hide under, whilst watching some cool bands.

It's great coming home from holiday. I loved it in Tenerife... but to get home into my own lovely bed!


The extremly cold blast of wind that hit me when I got off that plane though... not a good idea to wear shirt and shorts.

Aww, poor Jamin! I can understand that it's not so fun getting back to "reality", especially when you've done something amazing like that. Makes the normal life more grey, eh?
Well, at least you have your wife and you're still gonna see her every night, right?

I've been out sailing in the swedish archipelago for a week now with my parents and my little brother. It's nice being out like that - especially when it is as hot as it is - but it can be a bit frustrating. I mean at home we have our own rooms and such..and all of a sudden we all have to be really close since the boat isn't that big inside.

Right now I'm alone at home, or well I'll be my parents will go sailing again on saturday...
I'm hoping to get to Greece though with some friends in the middle of August .
