Ok, does anyone know the name of the mobile phone that was advertised on TV recently...

Basically everyone on the advert has pretty much the same face, and I think the police are after this one bloke because he is playing music or something. In the end the police arrest the wrong person, and the bloke gets away, playing his music...

He err, may have a subwoofer dog too... I think... O_o

any ideas?
