I was at V in Staffs too, my 3rd year in a row of going. It was a fab weekend but I dont think it was the best line up they've ever had although obviously there were some absolutely brilliant acts and bands there.
The mud was entertaining! So pleased the only footwear I took were my wellies, the amount of people trying to wallow through it in trainers was unbelievable!
Really gutted the The Ordinary Boys couldnt do their slot due to one of them being rushed to hospital, had to go and watch Girls Aloud with the lads I go with instead!

I feel like a veteran now, we live like kings on bbq food back at the tent, had a nice pitch tucked away in a corner of the campsite and as a result our loos stayed in a usable state until Sunday - yay!
Still it is nice to get home and have a bath and a shower and put some nice clean clothes on! Makes you appreciate luxuries like running water!
If you're not living on the edge, you take up too much room

id give my left arm to watch radiohead again, that was a once in a lifetime experience. 60,000 people singing "for a minute there, i lost myself" before they came out for an encore..BREATHAKING!

Honoop, we stayed down the road at white pump farm. more camping space, no danger to your stuff, still a good atmosphere and no queues getting in/out of the site.

glad you had a good weekend, i was one of those poor sods with trainers
