For memories: Scattered Black and Whites by Elbow.

For the sake of my ears:anything by the bilge spewing, derivative, out of tune, rat fronted band that dare to be referred to as M*SE.

Albatross, by Fleetwood Mac... It reminds me of the awful Marks & Spencers adverts.

both annoyed me at the time and still do

for personal reasons: Thats Life - Frank Sinatra, played at my dads funeral
When You Say Nothing At All -Ronan Keating, reminds me of a women...who though sadly were not together any more is still special to me.

Jerry & the Pacemakers - Spirit in the Sky

Played at an Uncles Funeral and it always starts me crying whenever I hear it. Also Angels by Robbie for a good friends funeral.

Im back with the James Hunt loathing - cant stand the dude and his tunes.

Sick of Coldplay, sick of it all really. I sit here in silence listening to the groan of my cell mate.

Aerosmith - Dont want to miss a thing

Was my 'wedding song' with my ex and bizarrely my bloke also had the same for his - which is convenient since we can now both hate it for the same reason!

Was it just me that read that as Elmo? But yes, he hurt my ears AND my eyes at the same time. He should be outlawed.

I hate both Country AND Western.

Pan pipes music. All of it. Die.

Anything involving an 'idol' or a 'popstar' or any other horrible vacuous waste of flesh..

I have to say that "Perfect 10" by The Beautiful South. It was played at my cousin's funeral last year! I did enjoy it before but that was just the wrong atmospheric song for the day! Also "Hero" Enrique Inglesias (? on sp)
and "Groovy Kind of Love" Phil Collins
    They were played also. :-(
