    Why do companies never reply!?

    Hi.

    I am trying to RMA a graphics card back to Albatron becuase it has an error with it. However after a visit to their website to find someone to contact (i.e. support) i could only find a sales email address, there wasnt any contact stuff in the support section There isnt even a UK site that i could find!!

    Anyway, i emailed the sales email address, and asked them to forward the email to the support seciton of the country. Preferably someone in the UK. THis was two weeks ago!!

    I have sent the same email a couple of times, still with no reply from anyone.

    Why dont companies ever reply to emails!!?

    Its such bad customer service, and their website is a bit tricky to navigate round, well for looking for the newest BIOS that wasnt there..

    Will

    They might not even deal with the end user : ideally you should be going through the company you brought it off.

    1 year with the retailer

    support, as listed on their "contact us" page, is support@albatron.com.tw

    there's no uk number because as a small company they don't have a uk operation. contact the global support address above, or try the US RMA page if you prefer, at http://www.albatronusa.com/rma_repair.html

    Try directory enquiries - they sometimes have the UK offices of companies I want to ring.
    PHP Code:
    $s = new signature();
    $s->sarcasm()->intellect()->font('Courier New')->display();

    I usually like to ring companies up with situations like this... I much prefer a straight immediate answer. Look for a phone number from the retailer or Albatron.
