I've recently been encoding and cataloguing my CD collection and found some surprising prices while hunting down album art and year online. One Monty Python sampler CD I have (from 1994) was listed at $56 on one site. I went through a singles-buying craze over a decade ago and some of them are listed around the £10 mark. And to think I was going to throw them out

sounds cool -where are you looking btw? I have a load of promos/singles etc i could do with getting rid of too...
I sometimes wonder is some of the random vinyl I bought for the hell of it years ago is worth anything. A never played 12" of 'If they move, kill 'em' by Primal Scream, for example? Where can I look it up?
Edit: google says £10-18. Not bad for something that cost me 99p, but equally I might as well keep it and pretend that I bought it because I was into it.
